Job specification - Provide general and restorative dental treatments, including examinations, fillings, extractions, and crowns. - Diagnose and treat oral health conditions while ensuring exceptional patient care. - Work closely with dental nurses, hygienists, and support staff to maintain a seamless workflow. - Educate patients on oral hygiene, treatment options, and preventive care. - Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records, ensuring compliance with regulatory guidelines. Role scope
- Deliver examinations, diagnosis, treatment planning and patient communication to a consistently high standard.
- Use professional judgement around treatment options, referral, clinical escalation and patient education.
- Work with the practice team to keep care safe, smooth and commercially aware without rushing clinical quality.
